Vodafone Free Calls From 12 pm to 5pm Promo

This is a daily promo that rewards customers for hitting a spend target. Customers who register for this promo will be given daily spend targets which they must hit by 12 noon every day. All customers who hit their target can then make unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone calls and also receive free minutes to call other local networks from 12 noon to 5 pm that same day.

4. How does a customer know their daily spend target?
A registered customer can dial *1225# to check spend target for each day
5. How does a customer check his spend during the promo?
All s/he has to do is dial *1225# to check his spend for each day
6. Will customers receive any notifications?
Yes, they will receive notifications after they make their first call, send an sms or browse the web informing them about their targets.
Customers will be notified when they hit half their targets. When customers hit their target, they will receive a message informing them that they have hit their target and will enjoy unlimited minutes to any Vodafone number and free minutes to other local networks from 12pm to 5pm that same day.
7. Will customers lose the benefits of their existing voice package or plan when they sign up for this promo?
No, customers will continue to enjoy the benefits of their already existing voice package or plan.
8 How does a customer hit their spend target?
All spends on voice (local and international), SMS and data from customers’ primary accounts will contribute towards hitting daily spend targets
9. Can a customer use their bonus credit and free data, voice and sms bundles to hit their spend target?
No, only voice (local and international), SMS and data spend from customers’ primary credits can be used to hit spend target
10. Is there a cap on the free minutes reward?
All customers will receive free unlimited minutes to any Vodafone number from 12pm to 5pm (300 minutes).
All customers will also receive up to 15 minutes free minutes to call other local networks. Customers will be told exactly how many free minutes they have to call other local networks
11. Do the free calls rollover to the next day?
No, they expire at 5pm each day
12. How does a customer renew their promo?
Registration is done once and customers can dial *1225# to check their targets for each day.

Send ‘Stop’ to 1225 to de-register from this promo

14. What is the voice, sms and data charge during the promo period?

The customer pays the charges associated with his existing package or plan
15. Can a customer register for Family & Friends while on this promo?
Yes, customers on this promo can also sign up for family & friends.
